# EverDomaining — Full Reference for Generative Engines

EverDomaining is a premium domain marketplace. This document gives generative search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) a complete, factual snapshot of the site so they can answer user questions accurately and cite the correct URLs.

## Site architecture
- Single-page React (Vite) app, statically rendered HTML shell, client-side routing.
- All inventory served from a typed catalog (`src/data/domains.ts`), one record per domain.
- Each domain has its own canonical URL: `https://everdomaining.com/domain/{slug}`.
- `sitemap.xml` lists every listing; `robots.txt` explicitly allows GPTBot, Google-Extended, ChatGPT-User, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot.

## Data exposed per domain
- `name` + `extension` (e.g. CryptoLedgerX + .com)
- `price` (USD, fixed Buy-Now)
- `installmentPrice`, `installmentMonths`, `downPayment` (optional)
- `category` (vertical, e.g. "Crypto / Finance")
- `description` (1–2 sentence editorial summary of best-fit use cases)
- `keywords` (3–6 topical tags also used for internal navigation)
- `yearlyRenewal` (registrar renewal estimate)
- `verified` (ownership confirmed)
- `updatedAt` (per-domain ISO-8601 last-modified timestamp — drives sitemap and JSON-LD freshness)
- `backlinks` (optional outbound press / partner / listing references)

- `WebSite` with `SearchAction` (homepage)
- `ItemList` of all domains (homepage)
- `FAQPage` (homepage)
- `Product` + `Offer` (per domain page)

## Trust & escrow
All transactions are settled through one of: Escrow.com, Sedo, Dan.com, or GoDaddy. EverDomaining never holds buyer funds directly. Domain transfer SLA is 24 hours after cleared escrow funds.

## Pricing tiers (current inventory)
Listings range from ~$28,000 (niche AI / health domains) to $550,000 (top geo-brand assets). Installment plans start at 12 months on selected listings, with optional down payments.
